Joe started playing the piano at the age of ten. He also started playing the bassoon as a teenager and that’s when he knew that he wanted to be a musician. He completed his education at the University of Northern Colorado as a woodwind player but always played the piano for fun, his family and for churches.  He’s very excited for the chance to get more acquainted with playing the famous LAUMC church organ. Joe currently has lived in Long Beach since 2020 but has lived in numerous places including Nebraska where he was born, Tennessee, Colorado, Minnesota and Wyoming. Besides his music, Joe enjoys long walks, video and card games, animals of all kinds, visiting new places and meeting and getting to know people.
