The General Fund is what gives the church the flexibility to support all of our ministries and operations—worship, pastoral care, outreach, facilities, staff, and our connectional commitments. 


Dedicated giving allows people to support ministries they care deeply about and ensures funds will be used just for that purpose. 

General fund

Donations go to the church's general operating fund allow leadership the flexibility to determine where funds are best utilized to ensure all missions of the church are adequately supported.

family ministries

This fund will assist the activities conducted as part of our family ministries.

flowers

These funds are used to provide flowers for our worship services as well as decorating for special occasions.

music scholarship

Used to fund our scholarship musicians program.

vine & branch landscaping

Donations support the beautification of our campus performed by our members, for various tools, plants and other landscaping needs.

Contributions to this fund help support our participation in "Everyone's Inn" and the "Groundlings" program which are conducted by Being the Church.  (see the Family Ministries page for more information)

united women in faith

Donations help fund monthly programs in support of connecting and nurturing women through Christian spiritual formation, so that they can inspire, influence and impact local and global communities.

caring community

Supports the purchase of postage, stationary, etc. for outreach to members of our community who are unable to attend services in person.

habitat for humanity

Funding goes to Habitat for Humanity organization to support their various construction projects in Long Beach.

manna bags

Supports purchases for useful items such as hygiene, hydration, to fill bags to be distributed to the unhoused.

alternative christmas market

Supports the various organizations participating in our Alternative Christmas program.

crop walk

CROP Walks are the hunger fundraising arm of Church World Service (CWS). The money raised helps the needy overseas, but also domestically. Twenty-five percent of the money raised in Long Beach stays here.

Supports the Door of Faith Orphanage, located in Baja California

grace in the park

Supports our monthly outreach to impoverished people who live nearby in shelters, subsidized apartments, vehicles or tents.

christmas greens

Purchase various Christmas greens, including wreaths and centerpieces with proceeds going to support the monthly homeless meal at St. Luke's in downtown Long Beach.
