Yoga for Grief Class

Thursdays from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in the Lounge

Rose Roybal is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) who will be offering yoga classes that will focus on dealing with grief, anxiety, and depression. When we are dealing with grief and loss, a myriad of challenges are introduced into our lives emotionally, physically and spiritually. The physical manifestation of grief can cause pain and tension in the body. The Yoga for Grief classes offer a way to invite movement into the body in a mindful and meaningful way. These classes will focus on using yoga as a tool in your grieving process and will be offered in a safe and welcoming environment. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
